Privacy Policy

Purpose: mobile communications are for information, advisory, client or colleague communication only.
Examples such as:

      • Communication with colleagues and customers. We do not perform mail blasts or mass communications.
      • Confirm new and recurring meetings and service requests with existing customers.
      • Work with colleagues on business issues and respond to client queries.
      • Provide account and portfolio updates to colleagues and customers.

Collection: individuals contact information is collected directly from the client, colleague or business
partner in-person or via phone, verbally opting-in. The contact will be able to opt in to receive messages
either in person at their physical location, or over a phone call if the contact calls. When a contact is
registered for the first time, the contact will be asked if they would like to opt in to SMS-based billing
notifications. The contact will be verbally informed that "Message and data rates may apply", "Message
frequency may vary", and they can "text HELP for support or more information and STOP to unsubscribe
at any time." They will also be informed that their phone number will not be shared with third parties for
marketing or promotional purposes. Upon the contact receiving the first text message, an automated
message will be sent stating “All messages sent to and from this contact will be archived for compliance
purposes. You have opted in to receive messages from Dannah Investment Group related to your
products and services. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary. text HELP for

Use: contact information is used to communicate with contacts about their account, products and
services. Contact information is shared with product/service partners the client wants to pursue. Mobile
information will not be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Text
messaging originator opt-in data and consent information will not be shared with any third parties. Bulk
communications are done via email only, all SMS communications are directly with the contact and their
advisory team. There are no bulk SMS communications.

Management: contact information is stored in the CRM. If a contact request not to be contacted the
information is labeled do not contact in the CRM and unsubscribed from communication.
